Any order placed after 6:00 PM can be canceled up to 6:00 PM the next day: Just send us an email at contac.starmeca@gmail.com.

If your order has already been shipped, it can no longer be canceled, but you may still request a return once delivered (see below).

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Once your return is approved and received, your refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days to the original payment method.
